A Few Things.

1. Met a friend this week. Goes by the name Zack Houston. He’s San Francisco based poet and artist that has his eye on the infinite. If not for the half cerebral, half hurried prose that pours out of his mouth, I could tell by the hat he wears. He had thoughts about getting into it with the host of the restaurant we were at because they asked him to take it off. No hats allowed unless for religious purposes.

“Oh, I could definitely put together an argument for that…”

He has a show in Chelsea up right now. Anyone out here should holler for directions. Should be great.

I met Zack through Nick Fahey, proprietor of Glitterati Magazine, an amazing, national, fashion, art, and lifestyle magazine. More on Nick to come. He’s the cream in my coffee.

2. This is cute.

3. Weird, I’ve never thought about this, but a few people asked me why there hasn’t been one picture of me in the history of this little flow. It’s mostly because I think other people’s faces are much more interesting in my own. I see mine everyday. It’s nothing to write home about.

I was at Nick’s this week, an amazing loft space in Williamburg. Like, seriously amazing, and I sat on his kitchen counter, soaked in afternoon sunlight and guitar in hand. The light was incredible. Somone’s photo had to be taken there. I took a shot and Nick took one. I forget sometimes that he’s great behind a lens. It’s how he got his start. Both snaps happened to be of me this time. So cheezy.

Smooches.
