The Changing Room
Mike Daze moved to NY a little over a year ago. He’s been hustling ever since. He is one of the nicest guys I know, and one of the most hard working. He deserves all good that comes his way.
His play, The Changing Room, that he built the set for, and is starring in, opened this weekend. If you’re in New York, go see it. If you’re not in New York. Come here. It’s an...
Accidentally Architectural.

Giant columns and arches are supplemented by careening deco lines, and outrageously high ceilings. It was the first hotel to ever offer an outdoor lobby, and the free standing infinity pool in the back was the first pool project of Phillipe Starck. The place has quite the pedigree.
The way my...

This Is Love.
For almost an entire day on South Beach, this couple sat, back to back, holding each other up, and enjoying the sunshine. They talked, laughed, sometimes turning their heads back towards each other to make eye contact.
She went for a swim. He followed, treading tenderly to water’s edge to keep an eye on her while she swam. Hands behind his back, eyes trained on the water the entire time.

Art Fix: Anna Bonnet
In two years, this forum has never seen an absent week. I’ve been around the world, from Rio, to Spain, to Berlin, to Paris. Miami took me away last week. Working, loving, playing, and creating kept me in life and off the internets.
A big reason I was so caught up was my company. I’ve been wanting to share the work of Anna Bonnet for some time now. I appreciate it, respect it, and...
